User account

It is only allowed to be registered with one user account per person, regardless of whether you are the owner of several email addresses or telephone numbers. It is not allowed to share your user account with other people for any reason. Should you violate any of the conditions, we will without notice close your user account permanently or temporarily until we have been investigated whether a breach of the conditions is real.

The course of the game

It is only allowed to perform the game's functions using a browser that you as a player control manually. You should use the links to navigate around the game and press the buttons using the mouse pointer (the finger on mobile devices) to perform functions. Any kind of software that performs the functions of the game automatically will be a violation of the terms. We regard this as cheating and we will close your user account without notice.

It is not permitted to perform functions or similar actions that cause the server to become overloaded. We monitor our servers continuously and will close your user account without notice if we believe you are deliberately trying to overload our servers.

It is not permitted to use profile pictures in your user account that contain pornographic representations or pictures that can trigger dangerous health conditions. If this is the case, photos will be removed and it will be considered whether to close your user account.

There will be situations in the game where you will be in contact with other players. This communication must take place without offensive, discriminatory, racist or similar personal attacks.

Terms of sale

We sell the game's own "points" currency where you as a player can exchange benefits in the game for these "points".

We use Vipps and Stripe as a means of payment.

  • Payment
  • Payment is made via the Vipps application or Stripe website. You must be over 15 years old to complete a purchase. There are no ongoing payments.

  • Delivery
  • You will be awarded the "points" immediately when the Vipps/Stripe transaction is completed.

  • Right of withdrawal
  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal that will start running once you have received the "points" on your user account. The right of withdrawal only applies if the "points" in their entirety have NOT been used.

  • Complaint
  • Should there be errors in the game that cause the "points" not to provide an appropriate advantage in the game, we will reset the "points" to your user account and correct the selected advantage before you can use the points again. If the chosen benefit cannot be corrected, it will give the right to cancel the purchase.

  • Conflict resolution
  • Complaints should be directed to support@cookie.one within a reasonable time. We will try to provide a solution where both parties are satisfied. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on telephone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.

Errors in the game

Should errors occur in the game that, for example, lead to you being assigned a formy or trust than was intended, then you are obliged to report the error. We reserve the right to correct errors and adjust back values to maintain a fair gaming environment. This also applies to functions that can be utilized in other ways than what was intended.
